calc_delta_lambda(v, t, k);

Computed Delta _lambda out of the integers v, t and k. For a t-(v,k,lambda) design to exist, lambda must be a multiple of Delta _lambda!. In the example above, Delta _lambda is 4.

get_vtk(km);

Returns the parameters v, t and k as a vector [v,t,k].
